You must understand that We can’t bear a loss either. So return of products will be accepted only if the PRODUCTS will be accepted only if the products are returned in a Saleable Conditions with the Tags intact and in their Original Packaging.
Refund/Replacement for goods/products is Subject to inspection & Checking by OUR TEAM.
Damages due to neglect,improper usage or any applications will not be covered.
All of above applies to International Orders or Order outside India.

How it Works :

You receive an email from us.
(a)A shipping declaration
(b)An address label with sticker.
Preserve original Packaging and the items in its Sealed form with all tags, boxes,Stickers,Papers with Original invoice. Securely pack the unused item back.
Through a return email please send us your bank details for reimbursement of the Shipping charges.
Courier the Securely packed items with the return address label and the Shipping Declaration.CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE DECLARATION FORM.
PLEASE Use reliable Courier Services that Offers tracking of the Shipment, as the refund can be Processed only when the item is received in as is Condition.
Refund is approved or rejected on the basis of Quality Checks. Customer Support Team will intimate you on the Status.
Approved refund is processed in form of Credit Note with a Validity of …………days. The Credit Note will be emailed to your registered account as the Claim is Processed.
In case of rejected Refund Claims,the item will be Shipped back to the Customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS :

1)If there is no Option for a Customer to Cancel the Order once the payment is made, You can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as Possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed,we can cancel it and refund your amount.

2)If you Cancel your order before the product has shipped, You can Choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Credit Note.

3)If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, Please do not accept Delivery and contact Customer Care to inform the same Refunds for Prepaid Orders will be processed once the Shipment Returns to Our Warehouse.

REPLACEMENT POLICY :
We will replace it for you but You will have to follow the Process in the Return Policy and place a new Order.

(1)To Check The Status Of The Order :

(2)To Track The Shipped Order :
An email is sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the Tracking Number and the Service Provider,Type the Tracking Number in the Tracking Section on the Website of the Service Provider. The Order Status would provide detailed Information on your package.

(3)To Know If Your Order is placed Successfully :
You will receive an email Confirmation from Adarsh W/F once your Order is Successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your Order.

(4)In Case of a Partial Order :
In some cases, there could be any item in your Order that may have failed in our QUALITY CHECK (QC),which is done prior to dispatch and we don’t have an alternate QC Passed items, in Such cases you may be sent that part of the Order from Our available Stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to Procure the Product/s Unless Cancelled by You.
In case We are Unable to Fulfill Your Purchase We will Refund you for any Payments made towards.
